iDiario

Privacy policy

Last updated: 10 October 2026

iDiario is a personal planner for pilots and crew. This page explains what it stores and who can see it, in plain words.

What stays on your phone or iPad

Everything you write in iDiario is saved on your own device: your days and duty statuses, tasks, notes, reminders, finance figures, goals, ideas and checklists. The app has no advertising, no analytics and no tracking, and it does not send this information anywhere unless you turn on online backup.

Online backup and syncing (optional)

If you sign in to online backup, the app uploads a copy of your diary so you can get it back on a new device, and so your iPhone and iPad can stay in step.

You can use iDiario fully without ever signing in.

This website

This website uses no cookies, no analytics and no third-party scripts or fonts. Our web host may keep standard server logs for security.

Deleting your data

Delete the app to remove everything stored on the device. To remove your online backups and account, use Delete my online data in the Backup section of the app, or email the address below and we will delete them.

What iDiario is not

iDiario is a personal notebook. It is not an official duty, flight-time or roster record and does not replace your airline's systems or any regulatory logbook.

Children

iDiario is not aimed at children.

Changes

If this policy changes, the date at the top will change and the app will say what is different.
